Job summary

Unified Therapy is seeking a Rehab Assistant/Environmental Services Tech to support daily clinic operations and maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff. The role covers cleaning, laundry, basic maintenance, office tasks, and front desk support as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.

The person will help with inventory, compliance with HIPAA, and coordination of supplies, while assisting with patient-related setup and therapy projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in online research.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
• Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Driver's licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assists with overall cleanliness of the clinical environment.
• Completes cleaning calendar tasks and laundry/dishes for therapy use.
• Assists Leadership with clinic walk-throughs outside/inside and completes duties as assigned.
• Keeps Maintenance Excel up to date and notifies leadership when outside help is needed.
• Performs basic clinic repairs and winter salting/shoveling for safety.
• Understands and complies with safety policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Assists with orientation of new staff, volunteers, and students.
• Assists front desk duties including scheduling and payments.
