• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with committees.
• Ability to train staff at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements Skills Acquisition Plans (SAPs) to teach skills for independence.
• Produces training aids and manuals for Direct Support Professionals to implement SAPs.
• Monitors SAP progress and progress notes across settings; prepares reports.
