• Develops and implements Skills Acquisition Plans to teach skills for independence.
• Monitors progress, documents outcomes, and reports to the IDT.
• Oversees SAP training, materials, and equipment for SAP implementation.
• Lead supervisory tasks and ensure safety and fidelity in SAP delivery.
• Collaborates with teams to ensure successful SAP outcomes.

Education

Master's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, sociology, social work, education, or related field

High school diploma + 2 years IDD experience
