Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to support patients in attaining maximum function after chronic illness or injury. You will assist in the recovery process and help create a recovery plan with the goal of achieving independence as much as possible.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR if applicable, and compliance with professional standards. Rehab experience is preferred, and CRRN may be required per contract.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function after chronic illness or disabling injury.
• Assist in recovery process and creation of recovery plan with goal of independence.
• Follow professional standards of practice and state/client contract requirements.
