Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Erie, PA. The RN will assist patients in attaining maximum function and help develop recovery plans with the goal of independence.

The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state, with preference for rehabilitation experience and possible CRRN certification depending on the client contract. CPR/ TB screening and compliance with standards are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you practice.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable and TB screening or chest x-ray if applicable.

• Participate in developing and implementing recovery plans to promote independence.

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury.The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
