Job summary

St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead daily therapy operations, schedule treatments, and manage productivity. You will oversee documentation and staff development within a collaborative team focused on high-quality rehabilitation care.

The role requires LICENSURE in PT, SLP, or OTR NBCOT certification and at least one year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Licensure: Current state licensure/certification as PT, Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT; current BLS certification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine; IRF/management experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient clinical assessment, treatment planning, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments on residents referred for therapy; observe treatments and suggest changes to the physician.
• Develop teaching plans based on resident learning needs and involve families.
• Assess pain and coordinate intervention with physician.
• Oversee scheduling of treatments and maintain productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
