Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation department and drive excellence in patient care. You will oversee licensed therapists across OT, PT and SLP, coordinate care with clinicians, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing resources and improving outcomes.

The role requires a proven leadership background, a related degree, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Director of Rehab or in a related leadership role.
• Preferred degree in Rehab, OT, PT, or related field.
• Current licensure and certifications as required by state and profession.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of licensed therapists (occupational, physical, speech).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid standards and regulations.

As a Director of Rehab, you will play a vital role in leading our rehabilitation team to provide exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Rehab to oversee our rehabilitation department. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for leading a team of licensed therapists, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for rehabilitation will drive our team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of licensed therapists, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists, to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of patients and achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
