Pine Ridge Care Center in San Rafael, CA, is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat residents in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.

The role offers a salary range of $99,840 to $124,800 for full- or part-time work, along with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, referral bonuses, and relocation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid California state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests for muscle strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge of residents.

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care..
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.
