The candidate will supervise a multidisciplinary team, oversee operations, budgeting, and human resources while advancing continuous development across the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management experience in an allied health field, with rehabilitation center experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years practical, clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the medical director and rehab leadership to sustain program excellence and accreditation.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and drive quality improvements in rehabilitation services.
