Job summary

Casa Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with medical leadership to ensure high-quality rehab services and accreditation.

You will oversee program development, staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement while fostering a patient-centered culture and strong relationships with clinical and administrative partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• License in PT/OT/PTA/COTA is required.
• Minimum of two years management experience in an allied health field, with rehabilitation center experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years practical, clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation program alongside the medical director, interdisciplinary management/staff and VP to maintain program excellence and accreditation.
• Oversee development of an interdisciplinary team/partnership and ensure effective programs and services.
