Job summary

PACS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee the rehabilitation department across one or more facilities. You will supervise licensed and support staff, schedule daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for inpatient and outpatient residents.

You will implement new rehab programs, manage documentation and billing, and collaborate with facility leadership. Travel to assigned sites may be required to support operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and/or Speech Language Pathology.
• Masters or Doctorate preferred in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation, and/or Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensed as PT/OT/SLP or eligible; maintain license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises PT/OT/SLP therapists, assistants, aides, and students.
• Schedules department daily to meet facility needs.
• Ensures regulatory standards and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provides input for staff performance evaluations and supports billing documentation.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed.
