Job summary

WelbeHealth’s PACE program seeks a Rehabilitation Manager to oversee speech and related therapies, lead the rehab staff, and manage budget and program planning. The role emphasizes compliance with professional standards and collaborative patient care.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Physical/Occupational Therapy, 5 years of rehab experience, and 1–3 years of management experience. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years rehab experience with elderly participants
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified within 180 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate policies, objectives, and programs for rehabilitation therapy
• Oversee rehabilitation staff performance, planning, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Guide and direct team and participate in patient care when needed
• Conduct home visits to oversee therapy services in the home
