Qualifications

• Requires degree in PT, OT, or SLP (therapist track) or Rehab Tech with HS diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in therapy.
• Active state license if serving as therapist.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation department to meet resident care needs and financial goals.
• Supervise, train, and support staff; collaborate with HR and Regional Director.
• Recruitment and interview process for departmental staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; maintain accurate documentation.
• Oversee billing documentation and regulatory reporting; monitor revenue/expenses.
• Represent therapy services to clinical partners and the public.
