Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department, ensure resident care quality, and align clinical goals with regulatory and financial targets across our facilities.

You will supervise therapists and staff, drive performance, oversee documentation and billing, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and promote professional growth while maintaining state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Rehab Tech.
• Must possess a current and active license in one of the listed disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to meet resident care needs while aligning with financial goals and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support staff in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, maintain accurate documentation and billing practices, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Education

Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology degree

High school diploma or GED for Rehab Technicians
