Lifepoint Paramount LTACH is seeking a Program Director to lead the rehabilitation services and drive clinical and operational excellence. This role oversees program operations, personnel supervision, budget adherence, and quality initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in PT/OT/SLP, demonstrated management experience in acute rehabilitation, and a bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Track record of successful management in an Acute Rehabilitation setting.
• Strong business, interpersonal, organizational and entrepreneurial skills.
• At minimum be a graduate of a four year bachelor degree program.
• Clinical degree as Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Therapist (SLP).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee total operation of the rehabilitation program.
• Direct and coordinate program activities to meet goals.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving.
• Participate in budgeting with client and Lifepoint.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal laws.
