Theradynamics seeks a Rehabilitation Program Director to plan, organize, and manage rehabilitation services within the CHHA. The role requires a PT/OT degree, state license, and 3+ years of rehab leadership experience.

Strong communication and interdisciplinary management are essential for program development and compliance. The position involves supervising rehabilitation staff, updating policies, and coordinating with facility leadership to improve service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license.
• Minimum 3 years rehabilitation experience; leadership and program development/management experience.
• Knowledge of state, federal and therapy practice act legislation; interdisciplinary management essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; prior SNF experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Orientation and training of rehabilitation personnel.
• Supervision of rehabilitation staff and performance reviews.
• Review and update rehabilitation policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee monthly quality assurance reviews and chart audits.
• Develop action plans for non-conforming areas and monitor progress.
