Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Director of Rehab (Full-Time) to lead our SNF and long-term care rehabilitation programs.

Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP with prior leadership experience; you will supervise the rehab team, ensure program compliance, and drive quality patient outcomes. Join a supportive, growth‑focused culture with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT or SLP in the state of practice.
• Minimum leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
