You will perform assessments, coordinate care, support mobility and daily functioning, administer medications safely, and educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery goals within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• Strong clinical nursing skills and patient assessment capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Competence in medication administration and safety practices.
• Effective communication and patient/family education skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Support and improve mobility and daily functioning through rehabilitation-focused nursing care.
• Administer medications safely and according to care plans.
• Educate patients and families about medication use and the patient’s care plan.
• Collaborate with patients and families to promote understanding, adherence, and recovery goals.
