Job summary

Advocate Health’s Dewey Street Clinic in Manitowoc, WI seeks a Rehab Aide to support physical and occupational outpatient therapy. You will assist therapists with exercise programs and help prepare treatment spaces and equipment for daily sessions.

The role requires good interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, 6 months of one-on-one experience, and CPR certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with occasional evenings and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months experience working one-on-one with people.
• Good interpersonal skills and CPR certification; familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapist/assistant initiated patient exercise programs.
• Assist with therapy sessions as instructed by PT/PTA/OT/COTA.
• Prepare and assist therapists with wound care setup and equipment.
• Clean treatment area/equipment and maintain therapy environment.
• Provide clerical support and assist with front desk tasks as needed.
