Socket.dev is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team, assisting physical and occupational therapists with prescribed exercises and preparing treatment areas to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists.
• Prepare patients for treatment sessions, including setting up modalities (heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction) under therapist supervision.
• Monitor patients during exercises and report concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment per clinic protocols.
• Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist with patient flow by escorting patients and maintaining an efficient clinic schedule.
• Set up and clean treatment areas before and after each patient visit.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, positive experience for patients and their families.
• Perform other clinic support duties as assigned to promote efficient daily operations.
