Job summary

Ortholonestar Mso Llc is seeking a reliable Rehabilitation Technician to support therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. You will help prepare treatment areas, assist with therapeutic activities, manage equipment, and maintain smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Currently enrolled in, or applying to, PT/OT/ PTA/ OTA program preferred.
• Rehab experience desired but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring equipment is clean and safe.
• Assist therapists with supervised therapeutic activities as directed.
• Set up equipment and position patients during sessions.
• Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient performance and report observations to the supervising therapist.
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
• Support clerical duties including scheduling and patient flow.
• Maintain infection control and clean equipment between patients.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach as needed.
