Job summary

Tristar Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team. You will assist physical and occupational therapists by guiding patients through prescribed exercises, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring efficient clinic operations while maintaining a positive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with prescribed exercises and activities under supervision.
• Prepare treatment spaces and set up therapeutic modalities (heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction).
• Monitor patients during exercises and report concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Disinfect equipment, treatment tables, and common areas to maintain a clean environment.
• Ensure treatment areas are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Escort patients and help maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
• Set up and clean treatment spaces before and after visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Perform other clinic support duties as needed to promote daily operations.
