Job summary

Generations Healthcare’s Pleasanton Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide for full-time employment (Friday-Tuesday) to join our dedicated team. You will assist with routine therapy treatments, support therapists, and help ensure safe, compassionate patient care in a high-quality facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong English communication, and the ability to move and transfer residents under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Completion of on-the-job orientation or demonstrated competency in designated areas.
• Able to move and transfer residents with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine physical and occupational therapy treatments under therapists' supervision.
• Follow safety regulations, protocols, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Communicate with facility staff.
• Confer with therapists to establish efficient treatment schedules.
• Transport, transfer and facilitate patient care as directed by therapists.
• Prepare patient equipment and supplies for treatment
