Job summary

San Bruno Skilled Nursing in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Part-Time Rehabilitation Aide/Tech to support physical, occupational, and speech therapy services and help residents achieve the highest level of function and independence.

You will work with therapists, nursing staff, residents and families to assist with therapy setups, transport residents, maintain a clean and safe rehab environment, and help with scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and preparation for therapy treatments.
• Transport residents and prepare equipment as directed by therapists.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized rehabilitation environment.
• Support resident scheduling and coordination of therapy services.
• Monitor and order rehabilitation supplies as needed.
• Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Report unusual occurrences or resident concerns promptly.
• Participate in department meetings, training programs and facility in-services.
• Assist with exercise programs and community-related rehabilitation activities.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to company policies and dress code standards.
