Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and coordinate rehabilitation services within the facility. You will ensure regulatory and professional standards are met, supervise staff, and advance quality assurance initiatives.

Responsibilities include policy review, interdepartmental collaboration, and oversight of daily operations such as therapy screens, documentation, audits, and equipment maintenance. Strong leadership and knowledge of Medicare billing are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledge of regulations governing rehabilitation services in nursing care facilities.
• Leadership ability and willingness to supervise other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct rehabilitation services for the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and professional standards.
• Review department policies annually and consult with therapists/Regional Rehabilitation Director.
• Maintain productive relationships with staff and participate in required meetings.
• Perform therapy screens, complete documentation, and audits; ensure equipment is in good condition.
