Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and oversee the rehabilitation services in a healthcare setting. You will manage physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, scheduling, regulatory compliance, program development, budgeting, and resident/family communication.

Qualifications

• Current license for PT/PTA, OT/OTA, or SLP is required.
• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of clinical rehab experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EHR and rehab software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule staffing to meet patient needs and workloads.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits.
• Develop and implement rehab programs aligned with facility goals.
• Manage department budget and resource allocation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care plans.
