Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT/OT/SLP program; licensed in the practicing state.
• If non-licensed, high school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with some management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program for the facility and designated facilities.
• Oversee rehab staffing and patient care levels to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Ensure rollout of policies and procedures and participate in performance improvement.
• Supervise rehab department staff and mentor team members.

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech-language pathology program
