Job summary

Recover-Care seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to plan, administer, and direct operation of physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs. Responsible for program success and reporting to Regional Director of Therapy.

The role includes overseeing therapy staff, maintaining clinical caseloads, ensuring compliance in billing and documentation, and partnering with facility leadership to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed state credentials in PT/PTA, OT/COTA or SLP.
• Degree in allied health (associates, bachelors, masters, or doctorate).

Responsibilities

• Directs the Rehab Department's daily workflow.
• Leads interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaborations.
• Conducts timely performance evaluations.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, orientation, development and engagement.
• Oversees clinical caseload, care planning, and documentation quality.
• Ensures billing and documentation compliance across therapy staff.
