Job summary

UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Therapy Manager to lead rehabilitation services, oversee patient assessment, treatment planning, scheduling, and ensure evidence-based therapy delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold current state licensure as a RPT or NBCOT‑OTR, with at least one year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine, and demonstrate strong communication with physicians, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure/certification as RPT and/or Speech Pathologist, or NBCOT for OTR.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient assessment, treatment planning, scheduling and productivity.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and families in care planning and progress updates.
• Maintain department documentation and inspections readiness.
