Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Therapy Manager at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Wisconsin to lead rehabilitation services and ensure high-quality patient care that meets industry standards.

You will oversee patient assessment, treatment planning, scheduling, and productivity, collaborate with physicians and families, and maintain departmental compliance with inspections and policies, driving evidence-based therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure/certification as RPT and/or Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Minimum one year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation services by overseeing patient assessment, treatment planning, scheduling, and productivity standards.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivery; collaborate with physicians and families; maintain departmental compliance with inspections and policies.
• Oversee scheduling of treatments and ensure departmental productivity.
