Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehab Technician III to support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI in Grand Rapids, MI. You will assist with ADLs, personal care, medications, and community activities, while fostering independence and safety on a 3rd shift, 32-hour schedule.

The role emphasizes compassionate, dependable teamwork and strong communication, with opportunities to mentor Rehab Tech I/II staff and contribute to meaningful progress for clients’ recovery and quality

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred) or HS diploma/GED with two years’ experience or one year as Rehab Tech and completion of HNNR Core/Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.

What You Bring

Required:
