Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids seeks a Rehab Tech III to support clients recovering from brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and community activities in a structured setting.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED plus experience, with CNA or associate degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year as Rehab Tech III with required core/advanced Rehab Tech skills.
• CNA certification or associate degree preferred.

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI by providing hands‑on assistance with daily living, personal care, community activities, and therapeutic goals. You'll help clients build independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff
