Hope Network is hiring a Rehab Technician III in Grand Rapids, MI for a 3rd shift, 32 hours per week. You will support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI, helping them regain strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization.

You’ll assist with ADLs and meds, help with community activities, and coach Rehab Tech I/II staff. A CNA or related degree is preferred, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED with two years’ experience or one year as Rehab Tech and completion of HNNR Core/Advanced Skill requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints
• CPR/First Aid certification upon request

Rehab Technician III: Ada|3rd shift, 32 hours| Grand Rapids, MI

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands‑on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. Every shift is an opportunity to celebrate progress, promote healthy habits, and play a vital role in someone's journey toward a more independent future.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence

• Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

Required

What You Bring

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with two years’ experience, or one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
