Job summary

Creative Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation Tech for our Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Winter Haven, FL. The Rehab Tech will perform supportive services to the Rehabilitation Department under the direction of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities include transporting patients, assisting therapists, coordinating scheduling with nursing staff, preparing treatment areas and equipment, maintaining patient records, and daily reporting to support department

Qualifications

Minimum high school education or equivalent.
At least 1 year health care experience preferred.
At least 1 year office experience preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

Transports patients as directed.
Assists therapists with treatment.
Coordinates scheduling with the nursing staff.
Prepares patients, treatment areas, equipment and supplies for treatment.
Maintains awareness of change in patient census and programs.
Follows procedures for care of equipment and supplies including cleaning logs.
Ensures adequate office and treatment supplies are maintained.
Completes forms and records, filing and maintaining patient records including Triplecheck forms.
Assists with staff/patient scheduling daily.
Runs and analyzes reports to assist in operations, compliance, and patient management.
