Job summary

PACS is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Aide to assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions, help prepare treatment areas, transport patients and equipment, and coordinate with therapy staff to support timely care. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; strong reading/comprehension of procedures, basic math, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions.
• Maintain safe treatment environments following infection control and safety protocols.
• Transport, transfer, and prepare patients and equipment as directed by therapists.
• Communicate with supervisors and therapy staff regarding scheduling needs and updates.
• Complete and submit logs and forms as directed by supervisor.
• Support denial management activities and monitor supplies as needed.
