Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Rehab Technician III for the GR Rover Pool on the second shift (32 hours). The role provides shift leadership and oversight of Rehab Tech I/II, coaching staff, and ensuring quality therapeutic interventions for residents in the rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include supervising daily living activities, safety monitoring, and collaboration with the care team to promote independent functioning and community integration. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred) or HS diploma/GED with two years of related experience.
• One year experience as a Hope Network Rehab Tech or two years in a human service agency.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential shift leadership and oversight of Rehab Tech I/II performance.
• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7 with proactive crisis prevention and intervention.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and independence goals.
• Help with documentation and collaboration with the care team.
• Support community integration and transportation to activities.
