Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Rehab Technician I to support individuals recovering from brain and spinal injuries. The role focuses on assisting with daily living, hygiene, and therapeutic goals to promote independence.

You will work 2nd shift, 24 hours per week, with on-site responsibilities and the opportunity to grow through training and career advancement. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Health care experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
