Job summary

Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician III to support individuals recovering from brain and spinal injuries. You will assist with ADLs, personal care, daily living activities, and community involvement, helping clients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You’ll mentor Rehab Tech I and II staff, foster a safe, structured environment, and document progress while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree (preferred) or HS diploma with two years’ experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Medical, dental & vision insurance offered.

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you’ll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries through personal care, daily living activities, community involvement, and therapeutic goals. Build meaningful relationships while helping clients regain independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.

What You Bring

Required:

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with two years’ experience, or one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
