Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician III to support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal injuries through personal care, daily living activities, and community involvement. You will help clients regain independence and improve quality of life while collaborating with a compassionate team.

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you’ll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries through personal care, daily living activities, community involvement, and therapeutic goals. Build meaningful relationships while helping clients regain independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

What You Bring

Required:

• Certification as a CNA or an associate’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with two years’ experience, or one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
