Athletico in Chantilly, VA is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will help prep patients, assist with treatments, and handle light front-desk tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will work with physical therapists and assistants, maintain clean spaces, help with scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation and compassionate patient care. Prior rehab tech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required; internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to document projects clearly.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient-focused care with a teamwork mindset; compassion toward patients.
• Energetic, reliable team player comfortable in a fast-paced clinic.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms and storage areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing; may manage inventory.
