Athletico in Virginia seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the patient experience team in a busy outpatient clinic. You will greet patients, prepare treatment areas, assist with exercises, and help maintain clean, organized environments throughout the day.

The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and reliable scheduling support. A High School diploma is preferred, with prior rehab aide experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: strong communication and documentation; teamwork; time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments and basic modalities as directed.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Assists with scheduling, phones, filing, and inventory.
