Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in clinical and administrative tasks. You will greet patients, support treatments, and help manage schedules in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, guiding exercises, handling routine therapies, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic. Prior experience as a Rehab Tech is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with therapies.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms and stock levels.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments and filing paperwork.
