Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, support physical therapists, and perform administrative duties in line with state practice acts.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, guiding exercises, performing modalities, and maintaining the clinic environment. Prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient satisfaction focus; energetic team player.
• Thorough task completion.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist with treatments under supervision.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Maintain clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Launder linens and restock supplies as needed.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file paperwork.
• Track non-medical and medical supplies; assist with inventory.
