Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with scheduling and paperwork in a clinic setting.

Key duties include preparing patients, guiding therapeutic exercises, and maintaining clinical areas. Applicant should have high school diploma and strong communication skills; prior rehab tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required or equivalent.
• Internship preferred for relevant exposure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills expected.
• Attention to detail and time management essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists during procedures.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and activities under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Maintain clean work area and equipment; manage linens and supplies.
• Assist with patient scheduling, phones, and paperwork as needed.
