You will partner with physicians, therapists, and support teams to meet patient outcomes, improve workflows, and implement policy updates.

Qualifications

• 4 years rehab experience.
• TN license in therapy field; CPR required.
• Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist, Clinical Psychologist or CRRN with current TN license.

Responsibilities

• Advanced clinical practice and service as a clinical resource.
• Develop, implement and evaluate standards of care and outcomes.
• Establish targets and communicate progress in quality, service, and productivity.
