Job summary

Medical City Frisco seeks a Manager of Rehab Services (PT/OT/ST) to lead the Rehabilitation Therapy Department and align it with hospital goals. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure quality and regulatory compliance while developing cost-effective processes to support patient care.

The role requires a strong clinical background in rehabilitation, state licensure, and a track record of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in PT/OT/ST.
• Texas license - (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 7 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation therapy; 5 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Rehabilitation Therapy Department (PT, OT, ST) to achieve department goals.
• Supervise employees, assist with schedules, procedures, QA, staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost-effective systems to support department operations and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, employees and vendors.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure coverage in the Director's absence.
