Job summary

Medical City Arlington is seeking a Manager Rehab Services to lead the Physical Medicine, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology teams. You will oversee operations, optimize resources, and ensure high-quality patient care across all rehab services.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a current OT/PT/SLP license, and at least three years of clinical experience with supervisory or management exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active license: OT or PT or SLP.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Physical Medicine, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Departments.
• Supervise employees, assist staffing, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure age-appropriate patient care and age-related considerations as needed.
• Perform additional tasks/activities as assigned.
