Job summary

Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a Clerical Support teammate for the Physical Rehabilitation Services team in Michigan. You will provide essential clerical support, assist with routine patient care, and ensure accurate patient registration, verification, and scheduling.

Under direct supervision, you will communicate with customers and co-workers, operate standard office equipment, and maintain strong organization in a fast-paced environment while contributing to seamless rehabilitation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using patient registration, verification and scheduling systems preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
• Able to greet and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Basic computer skills to use hospital software and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for Physical Rehabilitation Services.
