Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services seeks a dependable Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department in New Britain, CT. This full-time role will support residents and the clinical team by preparing therapy areas, assisting with transportation to sessions, keeping equipment clean, and helping maintain a welcoming and safe environment.

The position offers hands-on exposure to PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA professionals, on-the-job training, and a clear pathway for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working with residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Interest in rehabilitation, therapy, or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities
