Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Liaison for Rehab to build and maintain relationships with providers, patients, and families to promote referrals and ensure access to inpatient rehabilitation services.

The role emphasizes coordinating care, advocating for patients, and educating families throughout the rehab process, with a focus on quality outcomes and collaboration with the health system.

Qualifications

• Education commensurate with license requirements.
• Experience in care management or any profession with clinical experience.
• Current licensure through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license and auto insurance if driving is required.
• Preferred RN/PT/OT/ST licensure in Kansas.

• Educate and support patients and families through rehab.
• Promote services to referral sources and patients.
• Document timely and accurately per policy.
